Refund Policy
Refunds are permitted under specific circumstances:
Pre-Consultation Cancellations: Clients are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Non-attendance: No refunds will be provided for abrupt cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice.
Refunds for Unused Sessions: Clients who purchased multi-session packages are eligible for a refund for unused sessions within 14 days after their initial consultation.
Certain services are non-refundable, including custom meal plans, digital products (like e-courses), and follow-up consultations once they have been scheduled or conducted.
1. Non-Transferability & No Refund Policy (for certain services)
All customized services (such as personalized meal plans) and digital products are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Program Durations
Monthly Program: 30 days
Quarterly Program: 90 days
Half-Yearly Program: 180 days
Yearly Program: 365 days
3. Client Responsibility
If the client does not respond to communications (calls, messages, WhatsApp) from the dietician for more than 7 days, without providing a reason, the program will be considered lapsed, and further services will not be provided.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided, including diet charts and consultancy plans, is the intellectual property of the company and may not be distributed or reused without written permission.

5. Health Information
Clients must disclose all relevant health information. The company is not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed health conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
